Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing an order on printshopleeds.co.uk you are bound by these terms and conditions.

Working days are Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm (excluding bank holidays).



All of our products on this web site have a 5-10 working day turnaround however we will always try to beat this time if we can. Turnaround time starts from the day your artwork is approved.

Refund Policy

Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised to you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn't meet your specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of the printshopleeds.co.uk


printshopleeds.co.uk does not handle your payment or card details at any time, ever! Your payment details are processed and protected by PayPal. You can rest assured that you have top-notch security as provided by PayPal.

Your data and privacy

The personal data (name, address, payment information) you have provided us with will be used for the fulfilment and processing of the contract. Our goods are delivered by Royal Mail and other courier service providers. These companies will be given access to your data as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. If you have agreed to us doing so, we will also use your data to inform you about our latest products and other news concerning our offers. You are entitled to withdraw your agreement at any time. Additionally, you have the right to request us to change or delete your data. This process will not entail any further costs, except those charged by your provider for sending emails.
